Return & Exchange Policy

What is your return policy?

  • We have a 7-day trial policy.
  • If 7 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer a return or exchange.
  • 1st Exchange: FREE
  • 2nd Exchange: ₹200 shipping & handling charge (Maximum 2 exchanges allowed per order).
  • Returns: A ₹100 return handling and logistics fee will be deducted from your refund.

When is my product eligible for return/exchange?

Item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
  • In original packaging with safety tag intact.

You can request a return/exchange if:

  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The product arrived damaged or defective.
  • You need a different size (if available)

Please Note: All exchanges and returns are subject to stock availability and product condition.

When are refunds not processed?

  • If the product is returned after 7 days
  • If the item is worn, damaged, or missing packaging/tags.
  • For final-sale, discounted, or limited-release items.

How do refunds work?

  • Quality Inspection: Refunds and exchanges will only be processed after the returned product passes our quality inspection.
  • If KIOTS made an error (wrong item, defect, damage): You will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
  • If returning due to size, fit, or color: A ₹100 handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • If exchanging due to size, fit, or color: Your 1st exchange is free, and a 2nd exchange costs ₹200. We will dispatch the replacement item once the original product passes inspection.

How long do refunds take?

  • Once your order is picked up, refunds are processed within 48 hours.
  • For exchanges, processing is completed within 3–5 business days after inspection.

Do I need to record an unboxing video?

  • Yes, For claims of damage, defect, or item mismatch, you must share a video of the package being opened from the start, with the AWB number clearly visible.
  • This helps us process your request quickly and ensures full transparency.
