Return & Exchange Policy

What is your return policy?

  • We have a Free 7-Day Trial Policy.
  • If 7 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer a return or exchange.

When is my product eligible for return/exchange?

Item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
  • In original packaging with safety tag intact.

You can request a return/exchange if:

  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The product arrived damaged or defective.
  • You need a different size (if available)

When are refunds not processed?

  • If the product is returned after 7 days
  • If the item is worn, damaged, or missing packaging/tags.
  • For final-sale, discounted, or limited-release items.

How do refunds work?

  • If KIOTS made an error (wrong item, defect, damage): You can choose a full refund to your original payment method or store credit.
  • If you’re exchanging due to size/fit: We provide store credit or exchange once the product passes inspection.

How long do refunds take?

  • Once your order is picked up, refunds are processed within 48 hours.
  • For exchanges/store credit, processing is completed within 3–5 business days after inspection.

DoI need to record an unboxing video?

  • Yes, For claims of damage, defect, or item mismatch, you must share a video of the package being opened from the start, with the AWB number clearly visible.
  • This helps us process your request quickly and ensures full transparency.
